Payments are securely accepted via Square invoice with a 6% state sales tax included.

Deposits are DUE AT BOOKING to secure your order.

Incase of an event cancellation, the deposit will be valid for 60 days after the cancellation date ONLY.
Balances are due 7 days prior to the event date.
Late payments will require a late fee of $15 if not paid 24 hours after the due date.
Cash is NOT accepted as a final payment option. Pick up time will be confirmed during the final payment .
Ala Carte' items are pick up only.
Pick up time is from 1pm-5pm.
Please be ON TIME. We close at EXACTLY 6:00 pm.
A $10 LATE FEE will apply for all late pick ups past 5:00
Pick up is not available after 5:30pm.
Delivery time will be one hour to 30 min prior to the event start time.
Set up time is 20-30 min.
We DO NOT provide table or table cloths of any kind. Please be sure to have table with table cloth or linen in place prior to delivery . If the table is not ready at arrival this may cause a delay in set up time.
We DO NOT provide cutlery of any kind.
Please schedule ice sculpture delivery 30 min. prior to Fantastic Fruits delivery time.
Ice sculpture must be set and in place before display can be set up.
Delivery fee starting at $25 may apply for all locations outside of a 25 min travel distance from store location.
